Hello in RUN CMD cant open application error start corectly 0XC000005

I can't fix this system error... 0xc0000005
I do not know what to do..
system control will not help ( sfc /scannow )

but it did not help :((
but one command did not scan. ( DISM / online / Cleanup-Image / CheckHealth )
did not run any percentage as with other commands"DISM doesn't recognize the command-line option "".
For more information, refer to the help by running DISM.exe /?.
The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log"

I'm Kevin B. Independent advisor and a Windows user like you . I do apologize for the inconvenience about the system error that your having , let me help you sort things out.
If i may ask, when are you receiving this error?
Did you made some changes to your device that triggers the problem?
Kindly run this command to might fix the restarting issue on your Windows.
Please try the followings steps below.
- Windows Key + R
- Type CMD right click and run as administrator.
- Copy and paste each command below, you need to do it one at a time until
finishes scanning.
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Note: While the command is running, it's expected to see the process stuck at particular percent. After a few minutes, the process will complete successfully.
Once you complete the steps, the Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool will connect to the Windows Update servers to download and replace any corrupted files in the local image for Windows 10 as necessary.
Also, kindly minimize the running services on your computer to see if some of your third party applications cause the concern.
Press Windows key + R
Type: msconfig then press enter
On the system configuration window go to services tab
Check hide all Microsoft services on the lower left corner of the window.
Click disable all
Click apply then okay.
It will ask you for restart and kindly restart your computer to apply the changes.
