I have a home built windows computer, my FN keylock has turnt on via keyboard hotkey but I don't know how to turn it off. I've checked EOA section of window settings for the function key behavior setting with no luck, Its not In MSI's click bios 5 as a setting, I've tried FN+SHIFT+ESC+NUMLOCK combos with no luck either. The keyboard I'm using doesn't have a FN lock key either. I need my F1-12 keys for Minecraft and wow but it just turns up the volume...

I tried this guide with no luck either:

Hi, my name is Neil, I'm an independent adviser and a Windows 10 user like you.

Sorry you're having trouble with the FN Keylock.

Have you tried pressing the Fn Key and then pressing the Caps Lock key at the same time?

This is an alternate method to turn the Fn Keylock function On / Off.

Let me know how you get on.

Looking at your keyboard from the link you gave, there is a separate FN Lock key on the top row of keys. See picture below with it outlined in red.

Tap this to lock the Fn function and again to unlock it. I don't think you need to press and hold the Fn button when doing this. Just press the lock key and this turns the top row of keys to their opposing function features.
