How do I disable "How to get help in Windows 10" popup?

Guys, how do I disable this popup? I'd rather get help in my Windows 7 computer, and not any Windows 10 computers.

    Good Day John,

    Here's the steps you can try.

    -Click Start and type powershell and run it as administrator

    • Copy and paste the command below and hit enter

    Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.GetHelp* -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage

    -Wait for few seconds while the Windows is uninstalling the Get Help app.

    I don't need to get help in Windows 10. Just Windows 7.
