Please also tell us what version and build of your Windows 10? (To check, press the Windows + R keys, type Winver and click OK.)
Even without this information, I recommend that you do some tests in counterpartity I will perform some tests to change the limit even though it is in Windows 10.

- Click the Start button and type CMD to open the list of search options;
- Right-click the Command Prompt option;
- Click on the Administrator Command Prompt option;
- Then paste the commands below and press Enter:

Step 2
Reset your connection to the Network:
- Press the Windows + I key combinations, click Network and Internet;
- Click Status, then select Network Reboot;
- Click Restart Now.
