VirtualBox Interface does not allow PC to shut down

I can not shut down my PC because it writes that VirtualBox Interface is still active and prevents it from shutting down. But I do not remember that I have installed this software

    Hi Margaret, my name is Martin and I'm an Independent Advisor. I'll try to help you here.

    I suggest that you follow the steps provided below:

    1. Type Scheduler in the Search line and open Task Scheduler. Disable all tasks in the Scheduler Library section:
    2. Press Windows + R keys together to open Run box.
    3. Type taskmgr / 0 / startup in the field
    4. Press Enter.
    5. Disable all the tasks in the startup.
    6. Restart your computer.

    I have windows 8.1, When I try to shutdown my computer it says that the virtual box interface is running yet I have not installed anything like that, what should I do about it ?
