Critical process died bsod loop, cant reset pc in troubleshoot

I tried fixing my mic because it wasn't working and I thought it could be because of windows update because it worked before so I did a system restore and it worked fine and loaded in windows but my mic still didn't work so I restarted my pc and now I am getting an infinite loop of bsod saying critical process died. I don't know what to do anymore when i try to do a system restore it says you must enable system protection, when i try to boot into safe mode, i get the same critical process blue screen, and when i try to reset my pc in the troubleshoot tab, it doesnt let me saying there was a problem resetting your pc. I also tried sfc /scan but it said that resource protection could not perform the requested operation. I do not have a usb to reset my pc so i don't know how to reset my pc. If anyone could give me any ideas I would appreciate it.

In short, I can't boot into windows because of bsod and can't reset pc in troubleshoot or do anything else to fix the issue and I don't know what to do.

Hey. Can you please tell me how you solved it from the previous post you posted. How did you remedy the windows not being able to install?

    Hello, Jerico,

I tried booting into safe mode but I would get the same blue screen of death with Critical Process Died. I also tried the startup repair in the auto repair tool but it could not repair your PC and created a log file in C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt if that matters. I also tried a system restore but it would not let me. Do you have any other ideas on what to do?

Hello!! I am having the same exact issues the OP was having with my sons new PC we got him less than a month ago... I am trying to follow the custom install of windows but I am not very tech savy... It sounds like I will need another PC to download the custom install since I cannot get into my PC... is that correct? We only have the one... I appreciate any help or assistance with this matter!! Thank you!
