Yes. Of that still does not work you migh consider changing the OS. Since this laptop didnot come with windows 7 from the manafacturer it only came with windows 8 later
Amd windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (code 43)
Hi, I am using samsung ativbook 8 np880z5e
Which has dual graphic cards which are as follows:
AMD Radeon HD 8600/8700M
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
I recently installed wimdows 7 ultimate 64bit
And after updating my drivers with "Driver Easy"
Amd graphic card is not working
And inside device manager it says windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems
And there was a device on "other devices" named amd utility log which was missing.
I tried uninstalling amd driver and installing it from amd official website and then the utility log disappeard but amd driver has the same problem.
The samsung "SW update" is not working
It gets stuck on loading screen so i cant use that to install drivers.
When i disable and re enable the driver the error goes away and it states " This device is working properly" but it isnt working
And after reboot the error is still there !
Can someone help?
