A sims 4 question

everytime i try to run the sims a error pops saying its either not designed to run on windows or it contains a error and ive tried to delete it and redown load and still the same thing. ive also checked to see if my laptop needed to be updated and its at the latest date so im at a lose! im on windows 10 just for some information. anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

    This could be an issue with the Visual C++ redistributable file that is required by Sims4. You can try to download the latest one here:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/297700...

    Download the x86: vc_redist.x86.exe x64: vc_redist.x64.exe that is under the Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 title header.

    Restart your computer after install and try Sims 4 again.
