My Download Speed Is Capped Around 5Mbps

When I use WiFi on my laptop, my download speed is capped around 5Mbps. The speed is not going above 5Mbps. I'm getting upload speeds over same WiFi. When I checked the speed on my phone, I'm getting around 70-80Mbps. So problem is with my settings or something else. I have latest updates on network driver. I have also tried restting network using command prompt. Nothing is working out.

My Wifi driver is Qualcomm Atheros AR956x Wireless Network Adapter.

If anyone know about this issue, Please help me resolve this issue ASAP.

My laptop is Toshiba Satellite L50-B Y3110.

    Hi Ashish Dani Mathew ,

if you connect with the pc to the router via a network cable, is the speed regular or is it still slow?

Yes, I have done Clean Boot very carefully as you mentioned and according to the steps given in clean boot. Still having download speed capped around 4-5 mbps.
