Hi peterperikow, Welcome to Microsoft Community :)
It's my pleasure to help you today.
I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with this.
I know how frustrating this may be for you.
As per the issue description your keyboard is working is fine in safe mode and on other computers. So, there might be a chance that there is some third party conflict or start up items/application/services is causing the issue. It could also be caused if drivers either get corrupted or need an update.
Try the steps provided below and just exclude those you have already tried and see if it helps you to fix the issue. <3
Method 1
Try to boot the computer in clean boot state and see if it helps you to fix the issue.
Putting your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. You need to follow the steps from the article mentioned below to perform a Clean Boot.
How to perform a clean boot in Windows
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135/en-us
Note: Refer "How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting" to reset the computer to start as normal after troubleshooting.
Method 2
If issue still persists try to remove all the ghost devices from your computer and then try to use the device. You may refer to the steps provided below.
Click on Start
Type Command Prompt in the Start Search box.
In the list right click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
At a command prompt, type the following command, and press ENTER:
set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1
IN the next line of command prompt, type the following command, and press ENTER:
start devmgmt.msc.
When Device Manager opens, click on View
Now click on Show hidden devices.
Remove any entries that exist for the keyboard and USB category.
Close Device Manager and reboot your computer.

My best guess is that I have a corrupted keyboard driver and I can't find a way of replacing it without access to computer.
Sorry but both solutions require the computer to be accessible, I am stuck on the login screen and can only enter safe mode, any other suggestions.
