How to open URL:Telegram link in telegram app

Hi. I installed Google chrome and when I'm trying open URL:Telegram link in browser nothing happened. 

I tried change settings in "Choose default apps by protocol " but can't switch URL:Telegram link to portable telegram app there only apps from M$ Store.

How to fix it?

    Hi Minas

    Because that is a portable app, Windows does not know it is there, because it is not installed, there will be no registry entries to ley Windows know it is on your PC

    Do you have a portable Telegram App on your PC?

    Or did you install the Telegram App from the Microsoft Store:

    If you have a portable version of Telegram, it would be best to install the full app, that should then be listed as an option . . .
