I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. We can start refreshing you network adapter drivers from device manager to start troubleshooting the issue:
- Press Windows key + X
- Open Device Manager
- Expand Network Adapters
- Right click Wireless if you are connected via WIFI and choose uninstall, Uninstall Ethernet if you are connected wired to the router.
- Once uninstalled, restart your computer for windows to reinstall the drivers.
- Run a ping test once your computer is back on.
How to run a ping test:
- Press windows key + S
- type cmd, run cmd as administrator
- enter this command: ping www.google.com -t
- You should have all replies and no timeouts
- You can stop the ping test by pressing CTRL + C
- Type Exit to close command prompt.
