Hi,
Up until recently the scanning using ContrilCentre3 has worked fine with Windows 10 and my Brother DCP377CW Printer/Scanner. Now when I select CC3 option from Brother Utilities I get the CC3 Window Outline as a blank window except for a central oblong with an f and i in a blue disc,
. Is this anything to do with recent withdrawal of Flash Player software? I have tried accessing Brother Support Page and though I can log in and it lists my DCP377CW as a registered device when I try to enter my model number as DCP377CW get the following response "The product code you have entered does not exist. This code can be found written on your product. If you are still unsure, please use our device browser to help with your search." which does not help me in accessing an answer r to my problem Also although they advise either e-mailing or using live chat neither are accessible on their web site, Any suggestions as to how I should proceed?

Hi Chas,
Thank you for sharing that fix, that will help a lot of people in the same situation
I also found that solution just now and also another for the HP Solutions Center scanning utility that has the same problem, once again, thank you for sharing the fix . . .
Hi Dave,
Have received a further response to my Brother Printer/Scanner problem. This contained the following link to the Brother US Support Site:
https://help.brother-usa.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/122237
This link led to full instructions on changing from Modern Version of Control Center 3, which relies on the defunct Flash Player software, to Classic Version of Control Centre 3, which does not. I followed the instructions and my scanner is now fully operational. Hope this can be of help to all those others having the same problem with Control Center 3.
Is there any way to get Brother Support UK to circulate this information to registered owners of Brother Printer/Scanners that depend on Control Centre 3?
Regards
ChasPem

Hello Chas
I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .
Many people are reporting the same problem, this is caused by end of support for the Adobe Flash Player, and that Brother ControlCenter3 is based on the Flash Player
Adobe announced the end of Flash 2 years ago and gave all developers 2 years to change the functionality of their software, Brother have not updated their software, I have checked and so far, Brother have not released a new version of that software . . .
This is the support page for your printer linked below, but I do not see any driver updates for your device listed:
