Hi i wanted to make use of the Microsoft Excel program, i paid the monthly amount as requested but cannot use it why is this?

    May I know where did you purchased the app?

    So, just to make it clear. after you have purchased it... you have used it already, am I getting it right?

    Hi Juliet i wanted to start useing Excel as my Tax accountant suggested it in December, so i paid the requested amount in December and now again in January .i did have it on my Laptop when i bought the Computer but it was a trail version, now i really need it to do every month, please can you tell me what i should do to down load this Excel app. which i am currently paying for Monthly.

    Are you using the same account in Office 365 as you used to setup your monthly payment subscription.

    You may need to contact Store support, users here do not have access to account details.
