I clicked on clicked on a file name in File Explorer to delete it.  It was deleted immediately.  File Explorer used to ask for confirmation before a file is deleted.  How can I restore that as a default?

    1. Right-click the Recycle Bin from your Desktop and go "Properties"
    2. Under the "General" tab there should be a check box named "Display delete confirmation dialog"
    3. Turn this on (Click on it/mark as checked)
    4. Try deleting a file to see if that works
