How to search for files that contain a text phrase?

how can I search for a file that contains a specified phrase, but may be in any directory or file?

    Follow the steps to enable this search:

    > Open Windows File Explorer by pressing "WIN + E"

    > Click "View" at the top of the window

    > Click on the "Options" icon, (it will be the last option on the bar that appears when you click "View")

    > In the "Folder Options" window that opens, click on the "Search" tab

    > In the "When searching for non-indexed locations" section, enable the "Always search for file names and content" option
