Mousewithoutborders is not working - Error no Such hostname

Hi Team,

Good Day !!

I have been using Mouse without borders from a few day . But it has stopped working, I am using two laptops for the same and the while connecting, it shows that No such Host is known.

Could you please help.

    Yes I tried all those steps but it didn't resolve the issue.

    I also have a similar issue but for me the whole mouse pointer disappears
