Pastebin Issue (ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED) | FIXED
Hi there,
So recently i been having a issue with the website on my laptop, everytime i try to go on Pastebin.com i always receive the the issue code "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" I tried things with my DNS settings, Proxy etc, i even changed my browser and i still got the code, On my phone it works perfectly but on my Laptop i always get the code.
Is there a quick fix for this?

A fix i found for this is to use a browser vpn extension.

Anyway, try to disable your antivirus and Windows firewall just to make a diagnosis, after activating them.
It worked?
If the behavior persists, perform the following steps carefully:
Method 1
Reset your browsers:
Internet Explorer:
- Press the Windows + R keys, type inetcpl.cpl and click OK;
- Click the Advanced tab, click Restore Advanced Settings and click Reset;
- Check the option Delete personal files and click Ok.
Google Chrome:
- Shut down Google Chrome;
- Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run Menu;
- In the Run menu, type: %localappdata%\Google\Chrome and click OK;
- Delete the User Data folder.
Method 2
Reset your connection to the Network:
- Press the Windows + Q keys and type CMD;
- Right-click on CMD and choose Run as Administrator;
- Paste the commands below one by one, and to process it, press Enter:
ipconfig /release [Enter]
ipconfig /renew [Enter]
ipconfig /flushdns [Enter]
nbtstat -RR [Enter]
Netsh winsock reset [Enter]

Preferred DNS Server: 208.67.222.222
Alternative DNS Server: 208.67.220.220
- Click OK.
Did the error remain? If so, try changing the following DNS addresses:
Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8 | Alternative DNS Server: 8.8.4.4

This method did not fix my issue with connecting to Pastebin also.
I cannot open pastebin in any browser also.

I've tried all those methods and sadly none of those methods worked,
is there a different way of fixing this?
As not only it doesnt work on Chrome but also on other browsers.
