Camera and Microphone not working

I have an Asus Rog GL552VW and both the camera and microphone are not working. Is it because of drivers or is it a hardware problem? Can someone please help?

    Hi There,

    Did you resolve this issue? I am facing same problem with same model. I tried so many forums but no luck. It doesn't detect camera at all but I have working microphone. It doesn't show camera in Device manager at all. Please let me know if you were able to solve this.

    Hi!!

    With the audio drivers you downloaded, the problem of that device is solved?

    On the other hand, from the official ASUS page that you sent me, according to the model of your computer, in the others section there is a driver called PixelMaster Video HDR, I suggest you download it, install it and restart it and tell me if it is corrected the camera problem.

    Where could I find the Camera driver for USB? I checked the Asus website drivers for the Asus Rog GL552VW and no camera drivers are on there that I seen. And I checked out the article that you sent and tried all the steps but the Camera still isn't working. And yes, I downloaded all the audio drivers from the official Asus website for drivers.

    Hello.

    I have the same situation as ClaytonK10, except I can't find my microphone under Inputs and audio outputs. My camera and microphone aren't showing up. They were both working earlier this year. I have a Lenovo T450, if that's any help.

    From what I see this camera is linked to USB, it is a matter of downloading and installing that driver and testing.

    I also found this link that can be useful, especially in the part of the controllers.

    Check out those possible solutions and let me know.

    On the other hand, did you download the audio drivers from the manufacturer's page? Did you install them?
