ClassicShell seems to be a software developed by a third-party company that is made to customise Windows 10 so it looks like older operative systems like Windows 7. It's probably for those who prefer Windows 95, Windows 7 or Windows 8 appearance over Windows 10 one. Their link is this one: http://www.classicshell.net/
However, this software stopped receiving updates the 3rd December 2017, so I wouldn't really recommend to install it since Windows 10 has received many updates since then, and it would cause compatibility issues :(
