What is the best forum/discussion site for asking questions and getting quick answers?

I know, this doesn't relate to Microsoft, but the Seniors in this community might have an answer.

Other than Reddit and Quora, is there a discussion site similar which gets you instant replies?

Please name a few...

You can get instant replies anywhere.

What you want (I hope) are correct replies.

There are two steps to getting correct replies:

1- Asking a concisely worded, well-documented question.

2- Posting that question in a forum that attracts a large population of subject matter experts.
