My laptop battery percentage stuck at 15% and not increasing at all. What should I do? I have tried troubleshooting but still the same. Please help.

Thank you for your suggestion Ru. However, I have tried all the methods except the uninstall/install battery driver. Unfortunately all three methods did not increase my battery percentage.
For the method no 4, is there any video tutorial that I can refer to?
Or is there any other suggestion?

I suggest you follow the troubleshooting methods given at the end of that page by a Volunteer Moderator.
Unfortunately there is no video guide for this. How long have you had this laptop for? As you have already tried the first 3 methods it is a bit unusual unless there is a hardware issue.
