I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your printer. Just to clarify, do you also encounter the issue when printing from your other devices/machines?
Kindly follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
- Uninstall all printer softwares from your control panel
- Press Windows+R on your keyboard and type the command
printui /s /t2and press Enter - Go to the Ports tab and delete the HP printer ports
- Reboot your machine, then reinstall by getting the latest printer software and drivers from the printer manufacturer's product support website.
- Kindly check as well if your machine is up-to-date with the latest security patches. Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates.
