Hi Microsoft Team,

I have recently installed a fresh version of Windows 10 by creating a USB Flash Drive for Boot-Up.  After the installation, I have updated all HP drivers via HP Support Assistant, installed all Windows Updates, and updated the Intel related drivers as well.

Edition Windows 10 Home

Version 20H2

Installed on ‎21/‎01/‎2021

OS build 19042.746

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0

However, there are 03 devices listed in Device Manager>Other Devices section as:

PCI Device: PCI bus 60, device 0, function 0>The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

PCI Device: PCI bus 0, device 19, function 0>The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

Unknown Device: on Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System>The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

I have tried all methods i.e. uninstall the device and search for drivers but Windows is unable to find any drivers.

Please advise for a possible solution so I may proceed to install all my software and use my notebook.

Looking forward for the usual high quality customer support.

Hello, I’m Virginia an independent advisor with 20 years of expertise in fixing my own & friends’ PC problems.

    Which Windows 10 build are you running - 1903, 1909, 2004 or 20H2 (Oct 2020)?

Have you installed the HP 3D drive guard (If the laptop had this)?

What’s the full make & model of the HP?

Have you checked Windows update to see if there’s any drivers available?

Thanks. Have you visited the HP website for drivers?

Have you installed the IR camera driver?

What about the drivers for HP Audio Switch, HP JumpStart & HP Pen Control?

    There’s also a BIOS update.
