Hello,

I'm struggling with blue screens on my DELL Inspiron 15-3567, Intel i5-7200U, 4Gb RAM, AMD RADEON R5 M330. I having BSOD a few times a day every couple of hour.

First I made some reserch about the problem and I changed my HDD for a SSD, because it was a good oportunity to make a fresh instal of windows and eliminate any HDD problems. After instalation I only made an update and I installed a missing Intel chipset driver from DELL site.

Unfortunately it doesn't solve the problem so the next step was to check RAM. I run two full Windows Memory Diagnostic and after 8 hours of working event viewer gave me no error.

Next thing was to chcek drivers by VERIFIER according to link below.

https://www.bing.com/search?q=driver+verifier+tracking+down&cvid=69c85e70503a4d669e3a2bdf9c818765&FORM=ANAB01&PC=U531

I let VERIFIER work for a 2 days with some BSOD meanwhile of corse but there was no results.

Sometimes after restart I had to make a windows recovery, or there was a problem with keyboar/touchpad - didn't worked.

Today I had nothing to lose and I installed completly fresh windows again. I didn't installed any updates or drivers and the problem still exists. I didn't installed any further updates because I decided to ask for your help.

When PC restarts there is a few types errors/warnings but mostly there is a KERNEL POWER (41):

    Hi,

    Thank you for your respond.

I did everything as you adviced but unfortunately it didn't solve the problem. System still have a problem with BSOD.

I also had a problem with missing audio driver and weird WIFI behavior meanwhile (sometimes it's disconnecting and forgotting password).

If in your opinion this is Radeon probem I can simply uninstall it and see what happens. I don't need it for my everyday duties.

I'm looking foward for your other advise.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response.

I uploaded Minidump file 012021-11078-01 to folder:

    https://1drv.ms/f/s!AjT3i0-pFX\_vgQXaz-P6NrPDHHMl

This is file after AMD Radeon deinstalation.

I still have a problem with missing audio driver. I already had to install it 2 times, because after BSOD there is no sound device icon next to the clock.

    Regards,

    Karol Wójcik

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response.

We appreciate your time and effort in troubleshooting the issue. We would like to see if you get  BSOD after uninstalling the NVidia graphics card completely just for troubleshooting purpose.

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We understand your concern as you are receiving Blue Screen of Death. We analyzed the dump file that was created after Clean installation and found the faulty module is ntkrnlmp.exe

The IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bug check has a value of 0x0000000A. This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at an invalid address while at a raised interrupt request level (IRQL). This is typically the result of either a bad pointer or a pageability problem.

    Let us try few steps

    Step 1: Disable hardware acceleration

Note:  Important this section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.

Follow the steps to take backup of registry.

Refer the article to Create a system restore point.

    6. Double click on DisableHWAcceleration and set its value to 1to disable hardware acceleration on your Windows 10.
    7. Click OK, close registry editor and restart the PC to check.

Step 2: Remove and reinstall the driver.

We would recommend you to****create a restore point before you proceed with the steps, refer the article to Create a system restore point.

    1. Press Windows + X keyand select Device Manager from the context menu.
    2. Spot and expand the Display adapters.
    3. Right click on the AMD driver and select “Uninstall”
    4. Check the box beside “Delete the driver software for this device”
    5. Then download and install the latest version of the driver again from AMD website
