There is nothing wrong with the security of your computer.
This is the default inbound configuration for Windows Defender Firewall. It serves to block Internet access from any application of your choice and prevent new applications from accessing the internet without your consent.
With this configuration, the Firewall will work with rules. For an application to access the internet, the Firewall must have a "rule" specifying what it can access and how. Some rules are usually created automatically for your convenience by the application you have agreed to install.
