Inverted color when i play video

Hi i got a second screen for Christmas and since then when i play a video on my second screen well the colors will be normal but if i play them on my screen that i use everyday they will be inverted i tried to re-install the drivers for my screen nothing happen no new download for windows or other stuff. Can someone help me ?

Greetings FredLacasse,

Thank you for that, here's the steps you can try.

-Press Windows key + X

-Go to device manager

-Expand the Display Adapter

-Look for the display driver that was installed

-Right click and hit uninstall.

Once uninstalled , go to this link below and download the driver from the manufacturers website.

Once installed ,restart your device and check if issue persist when you play videos.

    I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, check the motherboard if the computer is custom built.

    -Press Windows key + R

    -Type msinfo32 and hit enter

    -Look for System Manufacturer and model

    Hi carlo i did what you told me to and nothing worked i dont know what is the brand of my computer since i build it my self very sorry for that

    Good Day FredLacasse,

    My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.

    I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

    Here's the steps you can try.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Settings

    -Click Personalization

    -Click Colors

    -Set your Color to Light.

    -Turn off the Radio Button for Transparency effects.

    -Then Turn of the High Contrast settings.

    Once done proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Display driver

    -Look for the display driver that was installed

    -Right click then hit Update

    Restart your pc and check.

    If issue persist, let's download the updated driver from the manufacturers website.

    What is the exact model of your computer for me to check.
