temporarily disconnect any type of external device such as UPS, USB / Ethernet Hub, Dock Station, Desk Hub, eth IP Phones or Bluetooth / Thunderbolt devices from your computer. Keep only the PC connected to the internet.Uninstall any network optimization software or pc cleaning programs / utilities. While in Clean Boot mode, check if the problem is resolved.
