When you attempt to install something or start certain apps "_____ wishes to make changes to your computer". Is there a way to turn this off for certain apps. Like if you regularly open a certain app and you know that it is safe to open, can you disable this feature for one specific app only?

This is just for one app that I regularly open, and know is safe to do so. It is pretty annoying to have to answer the question every time.

    Good Day TerrorBITE_,

My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.

I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

Here's the steps you can try.

-Click start, type Change User Account Control Settings

-Set it to Never Notify and click Ok save the changes.

Restart your pc and try to open the app.

I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    With Warm Regards,

    Carlo T.

If I change that user account control setting then no apps will need my permission, I only want one app to not need my permission. Thank you for your help though.

User Account Control can't be turned off for a specific application - that would defeat its purpose. It's like saying "We're going to lock all our doors, except for this one."
