    • This graphics processor is only capable of using DirectX9 & 10. If you were able to run PUBG until recently it may be

    because you were playing the older version.

    The current version of the game only runs with DX11 or 12.

    Newer versions of Minecraft and Fortnite are two other games that have cut out DX10 support.

    • If you R\click on the Start button, then click on Run and type  dxdiag  into the Run command.

    In the new Window you can see which versions of DX your graphics processor is capable of using in

    the Feature Levels section of the Display tab
