Here's the steps you can try.
-Press Windows key + X
-Go to Settings
-Click Update and Security
-Click Troubleshoot then “additional troubleshooter
-Look for Internet Connection, click it and run the troubleshooter.
Update your driver
Press Windows Key + X
Go to device manager
Look for Network Adapters and expand it
Right Click on the Network driver installed and Update
Reset Network Settings
Open Settings.
Click on Network & Internet.
Click on Status.
Under the "Change your network settings" section, click the Network reset option.
Click the Reset now button.
Click the Yes button.
Type CMD in the search bar
Right click in the command prompt and run it as administrator.
Copy and paste the each commands below.
netsh int ip reset
netsh advfirewall reset
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig / flushdns
ipconfig / release
ipconfig / renew
Restart your pc and check how it goes.
