    Greetings ZHENYUZENGGTV,

For you to know the version, you need to install the app first, you will not find the version of the app in the Microsoft Store. It is was set by default, if you wish to add that feature you can submit a feedback in the feedback hub so that Microsoft developers will check if they can add that feature in their next updates.

You can visit this link on how to submit a feedback.

    Good Day ZHENYUZENGGTV,

That's the Onenote version not the Store app. Open the Onenote app that was installed in your computer.

Click the 3 dots at the upper right side of the screen.

    Click Settings then click About.

You will see the software version of the Onenote app.

    Please see the screenshot attached.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.
