I am using a lot more Zoom lately, but there is a very annoying problem that keeps repeating.

When I am in a meeting Zoom suddenly stops responding. I can hear the audio, but I cant click anywhere or see the screenshare, cameras. Zoom support is practically non existing for free users so I'm posting my question here.

Good day LukaButinar! I am Independent Advisor Paul R. and also a Microsoft/Windows user like you and I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. My apologies and I understand that Zoom is suddenly not responding on your PC. If you are using the app/program for Windows, kindly check and try the steps methods and see how it goes.

    Method 1:

    • Launch the app (Zoom)
    • Click on your profile and click on Check for updates
    • If an updates is available, go through the process in updating it then check if the issue will still persist

    Method 2:

    • Click on Start and then look for Zoom
    • Right click on it and click on Uninstall and go through its process
    • After uninstalling it, try to install it again from the link below

    https://zoom.us/download

    • After reinstalling it, check if the issue will still persist

    Method 3:

    • If you will still encounter the issue, you can also refer to the link below and follow the third and fourth item from there as well
