My apologies and I understand that Zoom is suddenly not responding on your PC. If you are using the app/program for Windows, kindly check and try the steps methods and see how it goes.
Method 1:
- Launch the app (Zoom)
- Click on your profile and click on Check for updates
- If an updates is available, go through the process in updating it then check if the issue will still persist
Method 2:
- Click on Start and then look for Zoom
- Right click on it and click on Uninstall and go through its process
- After uninstalling it, try to install it again from the link below
- After reinstalling it, check if the issue will still persist
Method 3:
- If you will still encounter the issue, you can also refer to the link below and follow the third and fourth item from there as well
