    How do I know which Windows Services are safe to disable?

    Here you go:

    1. Press the Windows key+R
    2. Type msconfig and press Enter
    3. Click Services
    4. Tick Hide all Microsoft services
    5. Remove any tick mark you wish, then reboot.

    I tried this for my system and I get and error message "cannot find msconfig" . Help!

    Does msconfig.exe exist in this folder: C:\Windows\System32
