Intel HD Graphics 5000 driver install error

Does anyone know what this means?  What are the further steps to take.

Zoom and sometime YouTube videos hang the video

Thanks in advance for your assistance

Device Manager Graphics section

General tab says "This device is working properly"

But the Events Tab Information box says

   Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0A26&SUBSYS_20548086&REV_09\3&11583659&0&10 requires further installation

This is a clean re-install of windows 10

Driver date 11/4/2020, Version 20.19.15.5171  This was there on the previous version of the driver

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Please clean uninstall the currently installed driver using DDU.

    Then download and install this another version of the driver.

    I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, are you using a custom built computer? if yes look for the baseboard version.

    -Press Windows key + R

    -Type msinfo32 and hit enter.

    You can also take a screenshot and post it here , for me to check the exact model.

    There is no system model there but the intel driver update tool shows
