Everytime i input my external mic the volume bar keep showing up

It stuck like that but when i take out the microphone the volume bar gone, what should i do ?

    Greetings ZeyrexEbenhart,

    I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, thank you for those information.

    Here's the steps you can try.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Sound and Videogame Controller

    -Look for Audio driver that was installed

    -Right click and Uninstall.

    Once uninstalled , go to this link below and download the driver.

    https://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/mb/realtek_hd_...

    Once installed , restart your computer and check.

    Its not working.

    My microphone count as speaker and count as mic too, its usb microphone called NYK Klio. The driver of the mic is JieLi BR21. The microphone is functional it just the Volume bar wont go away unless i unplug the microphone. and here is the system information.

    My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.

    I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

    Here's the steps you can try.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Settings

    -Click Update and Security

    -Click Troubleshooter then Additional troubleshooter.

    -Look for Speech and run the troubleshooter.

    Once done proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Audio Input and Output

    -Look for Microphone driver that was installed

    -Right click and Update

    -Look for "Browse my computer for driver

    -Let me pick drivers available drivers

    -Choose an old driver and use it.

    Restart and check.

    If issue persist, let's download the updated driver from the manufacturer’s website.

    What is the exact model of your computer?

    To check the system model proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows key + R

    -Type msinfo32 and hit enter.

    -Look for the system model and provide it here.
