A permanent message has appeared on my screen: 'Activate Windows Go to settings to activate Windows' I am running the latest update. How can I get rid of it?

From cmd.exe try reactivating
slmgr /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
slmgr /ato

    You could try activating
    slmgr /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
    slmgr /ato
