MSI Laptop shuts off without warning

I have an MSI GS63 Stealth 8RE laptop running Windows 10. My computer has been running fine and then suddenly started turning off on its own. It tends to happen when its running on battery power but has also occured when plugged in. In only one of these cases did it cause a BSOD. I've looked through the Event Viewer and seen that i get a recurring error:

Source: Kernel-Processor-Power (Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Processor-Power)

Event ID: 37, 55

Description: The speed of processor 10 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 4 seconds since the last report.

I also ran BSOD dump file through the DebugDiag Analysis tool but i'm not technically savvy enough to understand what it's saying.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if i need to provide more information or datalogs to help with diagnosing this.

Regards,

Samuel

My name is Jan, I’m an Independent Advisor. I'll be happy to help you out today.

This Event ID: 37 is a warning that means that the processor can't support running at full speed.

Most likely to prevent damage from overheating or can be a power problem.

I suggest updating your BIOS and make sure that the laptop is not overheating.

Also, make sure that Windows and all drivers are updated. Download the Latest driver from the Manufacturer's site and install it.
