Shared Experiences Account Error

I am getting a message that says there is an issue with my shared experiences that needs to be fixed.

I click it it brings me here.

I click the fix now and then this...

This screen blinks in and out going back to the blank one above...

That gray box goes away fixing nothing leaving me at the first screen with nothing fixed or changed.

The first error message comes back a day later... and we repeat the process.

Method 1 & 3 I run into the same problem and dont have Sign in with a Microsoft Account instead as an option in the my info screen.

I have already tried to turn of the shared experiences and that didn't help or change anything whether it was off or on.

    Any other suggestions?

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you receive the popup regarding Microsoft Account when you login to the PC.

I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and see if that helps.

Method 1: Login again with Microsoft Account

One of the things that you can try is converting the Microsoft Account to a Local Account. Refer the article Switch your Windows 10 device to a local account

After switching to a Local Account try login using your Microsoft Account, and see if the error persists.

    1.    Go to Start, select Settings > Accounts > Yourinfo

    2.    Now click on Sign inwith a Microsoft Account instead.

    3.    Follow the on-screen instructions

Method 2: Turn off Shared Experience

    1. Press Windows + I keys together to open Settings
    2. Now click on System and look for Shared experiences
    3. Toggle the switch to Off under Share across devices

Method 3: Switch to a Local Account

You can also try switching to a Local Account and see if that helps. Refer the article Switch your Windows 10 device to a local account

Let us know how it goes.
