I understand that you receive the popup regarding
Microsoft Account when you login to the PC.
I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and
see if that helps.
Method 1: Login again with Microsoft Account
One of the things that you can try is converting the
Microsoft Account to a Local Account. Refer the article Switch your Windows 10 device to a local account
After switching to a Local Account try login using your
Microsoft Account, and see if the error persists.
1. Go to Start,
select Settings > Accounts > Yourinfo
2. Now click on Sign inwith a Microsoft Account instead.
3. Follow the on-screen
instructions
Method 2: Turn off Shared Experience
- Press Windows + I keys
together to open Settings
- Now
click on System and look for Shared experiences
- Toggle
the switch to Off under Share across devices
Method 3: Switch to a Local Account
You can also try switching to a Local Account and see if
that helps. Refer the article Switch your Windows 10 device to a local account
