Forza Horizon 4 Profile Invalid

I have opened the game to an error code asking me to go to one of the Microsoft help websites to fix a problem with a profile loading, it says to go to https://aka.ms/FH4GameSave and follow the steps, with the error code E:47-0 .  I followed the instructions on said website and when loading the game, it tries to sync with the cloud and fails, or completes and then when I launch the game I get the same error message. Please can you offer some advice, Thanks
