I am attempting to connect my LG Smart TV to my LG computer.  It connects perfectly as an audio device.  When I try to connect it via "Display Settings" and then "Connect to Wireless Display", my LG Smart TV device is not found.

Why does it connect via audio but not via the display?  I've searched the world over for a solution.  Please help!

Hello .AuroraBelarmino , how are you? My name is Juliana, I am an independent advisor and member of the community like you.

I am also using Windows. We will work together to resolve this.

Let's try to do it this way, let me know if not right!

    Step 1

Turn on the television and the computer.

    Step 2

Access the main TV menu. Then select "Options" and choose the "Bluetooth" feature. Select "On" to turn on Bluetooth.

    Step 3

Click the "Start" button on the desktop and choose "Control Panel". Select the "Bluetooth" option, then click "Add Device".

    Step 4

Click "Device ready to be found", then click "Next" and the computer will search for any available Bluetooth devices. Once the television is located, select it and click "Next".

    Step 5

Enter the 4-digit code (listed in the TV user manual) and click "OK" to pair the 2 devices.
