    Hello,

I am trying to take my songs on ITunes and transfer it to my Eclipse MP3 player. When I connect the MP3 to my laptop it does not show up at all. I have updated my windows and still I don't see it.

What do you think might be the problem or can you suggest a solution .

    Thanks

Hi David. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, and Volunteer Moderator, here to help you.

It may no longer be supported, but here are some things to try to be sure:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Go into Device Manager, locate the drive, open it and from Driver tab choose Update Driver, then Automatic. If that fails choose Uninstall Driver, restart PC to reinstall it.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you'll wait to rate whether my post resolved your problem, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
