I need a yellow background and a black text.

    Win7 allowed you to change all colors.
    What has happened? Win10 degraded?

    :-(

    Hello BoboNeto, welcome to the Microsoft community, my name is Luiz Cruz, an independent consultant and I would be happy to help you.

    There are some settings that can help you customize the system view as you wish:

    1. Press the Windows + I key combinations or click on the Start Menu and select the Settings option;
    2. Click Personalization> Colors> Choose accent color;
    3. Enable the options Make the Start Menu, Taskbar and Action Center transparent, Show color on Start on the taskbar and Action Center, Show color on the Title bar and Choose Applications mode (Light or Dark) ).

    To change other settings, such as buttons, text and the like. Click on High Contrast Settings> Choose a Theme, and change the None field. Soon it will provide customization options for changing colors. After customizing, click on Apply and name your Theme.

    I hope I helped, even more!

    Hi BoboNeto,

    Unfortunately, there is currently no method to change this colour.

    (this is not affected by accent colours and colour filters etc will only make a minor change to the shade)

    you can make suggestions for improvements by using the feedback hub (winkey+F)

    if this is related to a medical condition, it might be worth mentioning the diagnosis in the feedback.

    hopefully, the development team will be able to make some changes to add the option.
