Sound card no longer detected, unable to locate in dxdiag/device manager

Hi

I'm unable to locate my sound card anywhere using command prompt;, dxdiag, device manager, and have trawled the internet for help. I've added my BIOS settings below and the Registry log.txt I receive when clicking the audio button on the taskbar (has a red cross on it)

I've tried resetting the pc, completely, with no resolution. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

systeminfo cmd prompt result:

Same problem with a Lenovo Yoga 910 (model 80VF). The audio hardware disappeared from the list of devices after KB4601395 installed itself yesterday (17 Feb). That update cannot be uninstalled.

    *Later edit*

Rolling the system back to the restore point prior to KB4601395 solved the problem.

    Hi,

Thanks for the answer, that didn't work for me unfortunately. I guess it could be a corrupt driver but I can't find out what my sound card is at all, or whether it's integrated. Checking command prompt says the laptop model is Intel Education Tablet but its a laptop lol
