I've had this problem since i restarted my laptop yesterday,, i'm not sure why its doing this. Ive had these onn headphones for a few months now, it works perfectly on my Samsung S8, but the minute i connect it to my laptop, it doesnt play the audio into my headphones, it just plays from my laptop. I have no idea why this is happening, i've tried removing the headphones from my bluetooth pairs and re-pairing them, but nothings working. Please help because i'm getting very frustrated.

update: I tried connected my brother's headphones to my laptop, it worked perfectly fine, and the music played through the headphones too. I'm not sure why my headphones arent though, even though i have used them for my laptop before and I've never had this problem until yesterday.

    Good Day Ursulla,

My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.

I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

Here's the steps you can try, since your brother's headphone works with your computer , can you please pair your own headphones to other device and check if it works, for us to isolate this issue if its on the computer or the head phone itself.

If your own headphone does not work with other device , means it is faulty, check the battery or power.

If the your own headphone works with other device proceed with these steps.

    Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Settings

    -Click Update and Security

    -Click Troubleshoot then “additional troubleshooter

-Look for Bluetooth , click it and run the troubleshooter.

    -Press Windows Key + R

    -Type Services.msc and hit enter

    -Look for "Bluetooth Support Service"

-Set it to start then Automatic.

    -Go to Control Panel

-In Control Panel, select Large icons from the View by drop down menu.

    -Select Sound.

-Select the Recording tab, then right-click on any empty place inside the device list and tick Show Disabled Devices.

-Right click the Bluetooth Headset and click Enable.

-Right-click it again and select Set as Default Device.

Restart your computer and try to pair the Bluetooth headphones.

I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.
