I downloaded this app from Nikon but I am unable to get it installed. When I click on the .exe file, I get the screen that asks if I want to run this app. I click yes, and then nothing happens. Nikon support has no answer.

I was having the same issue as everyone above, and was never able to install it until I tried downloading it on a different computer altogether. The file downloaded no problem on a entirely different device. I copied the file to a flash drive and ran the file on the computer that wouldn't allow it to install initially. The file downloaded with no problem and is finally installed.
