I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Distance to the router can be a factor, specially if you are too far from it and in between thick walls. The issue might also be caused by your network adapter settings or there might be a software running in the background that is causing conflict. Give these a try and see if it makes a difference.
Network Reset:
- Press Windows key + I, this should open Settings
- Click Network and Internet
- Click Network Reset
- Reboot your computer
If the issue still persists, I suggest starting the computer in clean boot to isolate software conflicts.
