Maybe you right-clicked some file, chose Properties, and in the Shortcut box, you accidentally press Win key + R. This is what happened.

To fix this, find that specific unknown file, right-click it, choose Properties, and set the Shortcut box to None.

Use this location and tell us if you can reach there to make sure that the folder isn't corrupted:

    <WindowsDrive>:\Users<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Temp

Or, after pressing Win key + R, find and click the Notepad option in the pop-up. This opens the file. Write down or remember the file name, and search for the file.

This can also occur because your Run is corrupted (strange thing).

Try these fixes. If it doesn't work, someone or me myself will help you to find and fix the corrupted files.
