A Uniform Resource Locator, also known more simply as an address, tells the internet where to find the web page you want to see. People don't have URLs - web pages do. The URL for the web page you're reading right now is in the long, rectangular box just underneath the tabs in your browser.

if you are a standard user, you don't have a URL, please explain the difficulty you are experiencing and who is asking you for a URL, is that for a specific app or website?

Find your IP address (microsoft.com) How to do this from your computer. Click on, Start>Settings>Network & Internet>Status and on the right side of the page you should see, Finding my IP address.
