Inverted/Flipped Camera Output

Greetings!

I have a problem that just cannot solve, namely a camera issue.

My camera (USB2.0 0.3M UVC WebCam) output is inverted/flipped, and I just don't know how to fix it. I tried to somehow sweep the problem under the rug using different apps to flip the inverted output, but I've had enough.

Please help.

P.S. I have an Asus laptop and a built-in camera, don't know if it'll be useful in any way but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

    Hi KarolŁygas -

Thanks for the response and for keeping me posted.

If this is really a driver issue on your computer, kindly try to update the driver on your computer.

    Press windows key + X

    Select device manager

    Locate and Expand Imaging Devices

Right click on the installed camera driver (Integrated Camera) and select update driver

Click on Search automatically for update driver software

Wait until it completes the search and installation then close the device manager

You can also manually download the camera driver of your computer using the computers brand and model. Visit your manufacturer website and using the computers brand and model, kindly download and install the driver.

    Regards,

    Kevin B.

    Hello Kevin

Sorry, I haven't updated you on the flipped camera topic, but because everything I tried failed I considered simply buying a new camera would be my best option. So thank you for this journey, we've tried but we failed, but the best thing about this is that we all tried to resolve this issue in some way.

Again thank you for your support Kevin, and have a blessed day!

    Best of regards

Alrighty right, I have done it, and when I FINALLY install Windows Camera it still doesn't work, now I 100% definitely think it's a problem with the driver. And if it is not a problem with the driver then I have no clue what it might be.

There is a great app, called Split Cam it allows you to flit and mirror your camera.

Thank you, but I've said that I didn't want to use apps anymore, so thank you for recommending it, but unfortunately, I won't use it.
